Barn Dance Club

Hagbourne Barn Dance Club meets on the third Friday of every month (except August) in the Village Hall, East Hagbourne, which is a village about two miles south of Didcot. The Village Hall is opposite the School, on the road to West Hagbourne.

Times are 8.00 - 11.00pm. Malcolm Bright does most of the calling, but others will also have a go!

As the name suggests, we do mainly traditional dances, but a typical programme will also include American and Playford style dances.

Most of the time, we dance to live music, as a number of the club members play.

Members usually bring a small plate of food for the refreshments during the interval. It is a party atmosphere and it is very sociable.

Come along and visit us - we would love to have your company and will try our hardest to make you feel at home. Families are very welcome, and subscriptions are £10 per year.
