PARKING IN EAST HAGBOURNE

We have noticed a number of vehicles badly parked in recent weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure that you park in a way that is safe for other road users, both other vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians
- If you have off-road parking, please use it
- If you have to park on the road, ensure that your vehicle does not present a hazard to other vehicles and, most importantly, does not block pavement or footpath access for pedestrians. As a guideline, allow sufficient room for a pushchair/wheelchair to pass easily
- Be considerate of others and avoid damage to verges or blocking access to driveways
- If you cannot park safely, DO NOT PARK THERE
- Please ensure that visitors and contractors at your property also follow the guidelines. If you are concerned about a vehicle causing an obstruction or parked illegally, you can call the Community Police line on 08458 505 505
