Dog Fouling

We would like to thank the children of Hagbourne Primary School for producing such excellent designs for their posters, drawing attention to dog fouling issues. Let us all make a big effort to clear up after our dogs.

Thames & Chilterns in Bloom

We have entered the competition again this year. Past competition judges have commended us on the excellently maintained public areas and naturalised meadow and feel we have exhibited an excellent community spirit. However, we have in the past let ourselves down by not clearing up stray litter. Please help us to win this year by keeping the village clean, trim and tidy. Thank you in anticipation of your help.

Community Shop

If you are a keen bread maker and would like the Community Shop to stock a range of flours from Wessex Mill in Wantage, please let the volunteer staff at the shop know. Wessex Mill is renowned for its quality and variety of flours and the shop will stock their flours if there is sufficient demand.

Butts Piece

Allotments may be available subject to demand. If you are interested please contact the Parish Clerk: Mr Robin Parsley on 814678

Pavement Parking in the Village

It is apparent that unthinking motorists are parking on the pavements in the village and causing potentially dangerous hazards especially to children and the elderly and those with pushchairs/prams. Please be considerate and park on the road.
